        Overall

        RUN!!!! They replaced our roof and now all the shingles are sliding off! Could not get an answer on the phone and tried to email them with no prevail. They did not even nail the shingles down . Now we have a mess and the crooks that took all the money wont give us the time of day. Stay away from this group!!

        Exceptional Service!!!

        We had leak that literally drenched the carpet and ruined the ceiling (mind you all of this woke us up at about 3a.m.) We call Renovators Plus and they were there within 30 mins with tarps and even brought an extractor for the water in the carpet! Talk about above and beyond these guys didn't even ask us for money at that time or hand us a bill. When we asked how much do we owe you Michael said they would be back to check on us and give us a bill at that time; that right now we had enough to worry about. They got what they could of the water and tarped everything they could and left at about 6:30a.m. I would never had thought a company would be there like that for a customer...emergency or not. We would recommend these guys anytime. Thanx
