Most of the people writing bad reviews don't understand their business model. Pick and pull is a place to come and get your own parts for a very cheap price and take what you can get for a good deal. Pick and Pull is a place for those who are able to judge the quality of the part they are looking at for themselves. You buy parts at your own risk here. If you've ever needed body or trim pieces for your car and stumbled upon Pick N Pull, you would understand its true value.

Not all are bad. I went last week and sure there are lines. I live in a city there are lines for everything. However I picked up a kick panel, rear view mirror, and cruise control switch all for under $20. All were factory dealer parts. Try to find one of them for that price anywhere. Good luck yuppies!

If you do your homework, and you know what your looking for? and check availability of your vehicle on their website, make sure it has not been there for over couple of weeks, sometimes you can view that vehicle on web called row52, you can get the part you need at a high price but not compared to new, oh and even auto parts stores don't return electrical parts so make sure its right before you purchase.

WORST PLACE EVER!! If you want to get completely ripped off and overcharged this is the place. You can go and buy a new part with a guarantee for what these fools try to charge you. If it was not so terrible what they are doing to people it would be funny to think people get taken advantage of a bunch of illiterate no teeth Hillbilly's.

I'm young. Paid $50 for a carburetor took it home found out it had been stripped no jets rusted shut had my grandpa take it back within a couple days was told that they wouldn't do anything so I left it there. Called the owner the next day listened to him blow smoke for 30 minutes. I feel really taken advantage of won't be returning, beware of no return or exchange on junk parts bought from this place.

THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN LIFE!!WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT TIME FOR 8-12 TODAY. THE CAR BELONGED TO OUR DAUGHTER SO HAD TO DRIVE TO HER HOUSE WHERE THE CAR IS LOCATED. HE GAVE US A SHORT WINDOW OF TIME TO DRIVE FROM FTW TO DALLAS...WHEN WE ARRIVED, HE HAD A MAJOR ATTITUDE. I CALLED HIS MANAGER WHILE HE WAS ARGUING WITH MY HUSBAND.I WANTED THEM TO HERE HIM ARGUING WITH THE CUSTOMER. WELL, THE MANAGER CALLED HIM AND SAID FOR HIM TO GET THE CAR..WELL INSTEAD, HE GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK TO SAY HE DIDN'T APPRECIATE ME CALLING HIS MANAGER AND THEN DROVE OFF WITHOUT GETTING THE CAR!!...THE DRIVER NAME IS TONY. HE IS A VERY RUDE MAN. I CALLED THEM BACK AND SAID IF THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS AND HAVE SOMEONE LIKE TONY WORKING FOR YOU...YOUR COMPANY IS LOSING MONEY DAILY!!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

so i wanted to sell my car to them really badly. I talked to them woman on the phone and she said that i should stay available between the time of 12-4, so unexpectedly the man calls me at 11:30 and says he's on the way to the location of my car and that it'll only take 20 minutes. I am happy but at the same time it way MY car, so i couldn't just drive there myself, i had to have my mother take me since i was still looking for a car. Plus he was coming earlier than expected and i wasn't even dressed or even near ready, neither was my mom. My car was also 20 minutes away. So i'm rushing and getting my things together, my ID, my title, and i sprint downstairs to where my mom was parked, we start heading that way. I get a call from the guy that is supposed to tow and he already has an attitude. "I don't see your car out here!" and i tell him what it looks like and he continues to get angry. He finally finds it and he hung up on me. I forgot the keys at home, admittedly my mistake but i had to turn around. He called me again and it was 11:55am and he's like "where are you, i have other cars to get." and i said sorry but i forgot my keys, we will be there shortly then this is where it gets GOOD! He says, "We only give you 30 minutes to meet us at the car, your time is up so i have to go. Its your fault and its hot out here, i don't have time for this." The he hangs up on me AGAIN. I call the department and they give me an appointment for a WHOLE WEEK LATER, i denied it. This was one of the worst encounters i have ever had with an employee from any company. He basically didn't care and no one ever told me i only had 3 minutes to reach my location. No other place does this and i think its very ridiculous. I wasn't expecting 5 hours but at least an hour for those who rely on the transportation of others.
