If this company does any work over $500 'do not' pay them. They do not have a valid contractors license! I called this company to clean a drain that was directly connected to my main line. They cleaned the small line but not the main that was 2ft away and charged $98 for the 10 minute service call. 19 days later the 'main' line clogged again. The service tech came out and ran the water to try and clog the line again but it was clear. He told us not to worry about it and that we only had to pay $55 for him to run my water and tell me that its "ok now". I asked him to call his supervisor before i paid. Rodney walked outside to call and never came back to my door. Instead he just drove off without saying anything! As it turned out, the main line was the problem. The first service call only delayed the effects. They cleaned the wrong line and forced me to have another company come out for another service charge to properly clean the line.
