        Overall

        visited the springhill suites in new orleans on sept 19, 2015. i personally parked my vehicle in a safe place, and still payed the valet. the next day when it was time to leave, my vehicle was moved, so we waited 15 minutes for the valet to get my vehicle. when it arrived it was scratched and dented all down the drivers side of the bed. spoke to management and they wrote me a report stating they would take car of the damages. To this day 11-17-15, i have emailed and spoke to Michael a couple of times. He is nothing but lies. i still have not been reimbursed for the damages. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! there was another couple at the same time that their vehicle was damaged.
