Sanchez Towing & Recovery

Called them up at 946am because my alternator pulley broke, they said one hour. Showed up in 20 mins, very courteous and professional. Said he might have to remove one of the jack pads to tie the car down on the flatbed, i was a little paranoid about taking stuff off. He sincerely obliged and tied straps down to all the wheels and put the winch on the front tow hook, said the rear tow hook looked weak and didnt want to rip it out. I was super happy that he was so careful about keeping the car intact and safe. Charges were very minimal for a 12 mile tow, i have found my tow truck company for life!! Thank you very much for taking care of my mercedes wagon!! The best tow truck experience ever!!!
