You want to call Marlon. He came out the same day. He was fast and professional. Marlon was pleasant, knowledgeable,and efficient. I would definitely use him again, and I would recommend him. Can't ask for better. This is the man to call.

Marlon is The Man! I called to have my front loading washing machine repaired due to the basin not draining properly and I was fearing the worse for cost regarding parts. Marlon arrived, listened to my description of the problem and then asked if I had any ear swabs. Yes, ear swabs! When I produced them, Marlon showed me how to clean out the small holes in the rubber gasket surrounding the basin and viola, problem solved! Call Sconii and ask for Marlon. His honesty and integrity were refreshing and most appreciated by this customer who will call Sconii (and ask for Marlon!) if I ever have an appliance problem again!

I called Marlon and he help me out with my dishwasher problems, he asked me what was going on and I told him. He said he thought it might be a simple fix and he walked me through it viola...fixed. I guarantee that next time I need appliance repair I will be calling him and so should you.

I called Marlon and he talked me through the repair of my washing machine! All I did was send him a picture of my machine and explain to him what the machine was doing and he knew exactly what the problem was. Excellent!

We've used Marlon from Sconii several times in the past. He is always so prompt and quick and accurate with his diagnosis. This time when we called, he said he was on his way! Our dishwasher had been getting so loud that I thought something must be stuck in one of the motors...so I took the washer apart looking for the problem. When Marlon arrived, I was worried that I might have made things worse by taking the dishwasher apart. He was not bothered by this at all and complimented me on trying to tackle the task. He looked it over for a few seconds and knew exactly the problem...it was the recirculation pump. He showed me the signs of wear, had me listen to the noise it made when slowly rotating the pump shaft, and also how the shaft bearings were not smoothly spinning the shaft. He told me that the disassembly that I had done was fantastic and that I could choose to reverse the procedure when the pump arrived...or that he would return to take care of it. I'll try it, and if I need help, I'll give Sconii a call. Highly recommend. He does it all! Thanks!

I called Sconni appliance on a Saturday afternoon to make an appointment for Monday morning to fix my washer. He I will come right now. WOW!! He fixed my washer in no time. Charged very reasonable. Very pleasant! !! I recommend them to everyone! !! I will use them from now on! Super Happy!!!!

Upon hooking my ice maker up on my fridge i noticed water flowing out the bottom. I called sconii repair and due to my location was hard to get to... Instead he gave me a quick tip over the phone to fix it... He even called back to tell me more info... Super help, totally recomend these guys
