ServiceMaster Of Campbell/Saratoga

So 2 years later I am regularly receiving a recorded call from this place telling me I can get a deal from them and to press to talk to an agent. I did to tell them to stop calling, take me off their list of clients and no one ever picks up a phone.

When I first wrote this review they contacted Yellowpages to ask that i take my review down that it was untrue and I was lying. HA!

The reviews that give this place an overall higher rating are clearly not written by anyone who has used this service. I think that's clear by all the reviews since my own.

SERVICEMASTER...if you read this update, TAKE ME OFF OF YOUR PHONE LIST!

I wouldn't use them again.

I read some of the reviews like the one in SF, not all Service Masters are the same and you may be thrashing the wrong one, each has a Territory.



I had no problems with this facility, they were on time, cleaned up the water everywhere. Great Job!

I was evacuated durring the fire, when I returned home (after a week) I had ash and smoke damage to my home. I imediately called Service Master, as I new they were going to be very busy. I scheduled my apointment for Sunday the 28th, they called back and moved me up to Saturday. This was great, as I had my in-laws in town who had been held up at a friends for 3 days, due to the fires. Saturday came around and Service Master no showed me (no call either). I called back and they explained they would squeeze me in on Sunday, that there must have been a miss-communication. Sunday came around and guess what... No Service Master again. This is just unexceptable, I sincerly hope that no other fire victims were treated like I was. I would not reccommend this company to anyone (or this franchise branch). It is hard enough being displaced for a week, returning to a home that smells like smoke, you can barely breath and the place is covered in ash, and you are unable to clean because you have no water. Way to go Service Master!!!!
