I had a small leak in my basement. I called a major name and got a high estimate, and someone from YP and got an over the phone quote. Eric was extremely professional. He came, gave me a very good quote, better than the others. He came exactly when he said and was efficient. When checking his work he found a leak in the bathtub trap. He fixed it and the problem was included in the original quote!
