Overall

They found a bad defrost board bad so the tech replaced the old board with a new one. Then the troubling part was the tech told me he needed to observe the operation. he proceeded to sit outside on a bucket for 2.5 hours.

The guy seemed knowledgeable, sit on that bucket way too much. then his service van leaked oil all in my driveway.
