Statewide Roadside Assistance

The worst roadside assistance company .First time I use them I called them 2 in the afternoon ,they arrived at 8 o'clock at night. 2nd time they took 2 hours to arrive. Both times I was told many times that the truck was on its way or 20 mins away. Look up their other reviews everybody says TERRIBLE.

I had broken down near the beach in Point Pleasant. Company told me 60 minutes, showed up in 45 minutes. They towed me back to their shop where they were able to service my broken axle and get me back on the road the next day. The employees were courteous and very down to earth people. Great experience overall after having a horrible day with a broken car. Well done!

Had a cool experience with statewide I was stuck on the road and another company was schedule to come get me after I waited for over a hour and a half I called my roadside livid and they apologized and said they would have some one out in another hr they gave me statewide very polite young lady turned my experience around she told me give her 30 mins and she would have someone to me with a bottle of water and they did!!!!... Great Experiance..

I had a great experience with Statewide Roadside Assistance.... My engine light was on and I had issues starting it.. They came right away no waiting... the also repaired my truck and replaced my engine..... Not a bad price either..... The owner also let me make arrangements which never happens either... I have a VERY positive experience with anyone that I talked to....I would highly recommend them from towing to fixing......

Undersized tow truck shows up late. driver puts straps put on tires without skid under left rear tire then started to pull away. skid was against inner rim, under axle tube, and rear sway bar. then he disconnected my truck and told me a flatbed was on the way. he was also nice enough to leave several puddles of oil from his truck for me to clean up. 90 mins later a second truck shows up not much bigger then first truck,(not a flatbed). driver tells me he is not sure if his truck is able to tow my 1998 suburban. he tells me he will know better after he hooks up, if the front wheels don't come off the ground he can tow it. NJM INS.Co. Road Side Assistance has has been informed. 1 STAR RATING IS 1 TO MANY FOR THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY

They are the worst tow company I have ever dealt with it took them over 2 hours to get to us and it was freezing cold out. The guy didn't even apologize or anything. Do not use them.

The worst tow company in Ocean County. Owner has no class on phone. Trucks have no AC, took 2.5 hours to pick us up, but said 1/2 hour. Charged too much for local tow. Friend had similar situation with this company! Call someone else.
