STAY AWAY! We ordered almost $2,000 worth of custom cabinets, ordered what was on DISPLAY. The cabinets we received were not made by the same manufacturer and were 1/2" plywood instead of 3/4, and were cut in such a way that we cannot use them. The policy here is that you pay for custom orders ahead of time, and sale are FINAL. SO, if the work is crappy, or the item is substandard, or not even the same as what you ordered based upon their own display, their policy is "Oh, Well...too bad..." We are LIVID. They made no effort to say they would contact the manufacturer and make things right, or refund us because what we ordered is not what we ended up with. I plan to contact EVERY builder in our area and warn them about these scheisters.
