Mr Engle i was a partner of Kessler last season but no longer. The owner of this company Gary Kessler, did seal coating for us. Around the same time he offered to hang Christmas lights (This should have been a sign - he claims to do everything).. He used to work for "Jack the Clipper" who hung our lights in previous years.
After the seal coating was done, we had tire marks all over the pavement. He promised to fix but has not.
He hung the lights, got paid to take them down, and never did despite him saying a dozen times he would show up.
He is dishonest and does bad work. Stay away from this company and person.
