We have been using Lynn Thames' computer expertise for years. We have a large Dental Practice and always have something that we need done with our computers. Lynn Thames has always been there in emergency situations which is very important since we are paperless and cannot work if our computers are down. She has saved the day on numerous occasions.

She immediately diagnosed the problem and was able to repair in about half an hour, what would have taken me about 5 hours and many long hold times with various customer service reps in various countries.
