Tom's Automotive Repair

Called a week ago to get a price quote.I left my name and number and the service I wanted to get the quote for. I have not received a call back which only would take about 5 minutes of there time to do. If they can not be bothered to call me back then I shall be having my services done elsewhere.

This is one of the few shops that I actually trust. They're efficient, thorough, and reliable. They call when they say they're going to call, and that's very important to me. I've never had to chase them down, and I've never had a problem with a repair they did. It's always fixed and fixed right. They're polite and reasonable and have never tried to talk me into repairs I don't need like some shops.

Luckily I've only had to use this place a few times for the family cars but every time they've been fast, efficient, and thorough. I was really impressed with the prices. But that's not even what I recommend. What I really like is that when they give you an estimate of how long a repair will take or how much it should cost, it's really accurate. They also conduct themselves with great customer service. They've had the courtesy to call me and let me know periodically where they are in the course of a repair as far as receiving the parts I needed or the labor, or even just to check in and let me know the car will be ready when they said it would be. I like dealing with people that are professional and courteous like that, and treat me like my patronage is important to them. I highly recommend this place.
