Tony's Appliance Repair

wen i first called tony's his wife answered and seemed really friendly, i scheduled an appointment for him to come by on a Wednesday at 9am, on wens day which is my off day the only day i get to spend time with my daughter i waited until 12 pm called into Tonys to see what was going on the wife lied and said he tried calling me which he didn't because i checked my call history up and down. and then also said that he was really busy and wouldn't be able to make it until the next day. so he actually showed up on time the next day fixed the washer in 5 mins, and charge me $85 which i didn't mind paying because he got it done like he said he would. then two days later when we finally went to go use the washer we come to find out that it still wasn't draining so i gave them a call back they said he would be by on sunday any time from 7 am to 9am
. so come sunday i waited four hours from 7 am to 11 am until i finally called them and they said he would come by the next day, this caused me to miss church. he came the next day, fixed the washer this time it took 10 minutes, he wasn't suppose to charge anything according to his wife because he didn't fix it the first time, yet he still ended up charging me $20 more for some BS about the drive. which ticked me off but i didn't say anything because i just wanted him out of the house. i definitely wont be recommending his services to anyone based on my bad experience. the pros and cons are as follows

Pros- he was able to eventually get the job done.

Cons- never gave me a heads up call and telling me he would need to reschedule on both occasions, i had to call them instead.(this is what really pissed me off)
-never apologized for wasting hours of my time waiting on him.
- charge me a second time for something he didn't properly fix the first time.
- poor business ethics
-price for removing an obstruction in the drain pipe -total- $105
all the other reviews this guy has are bologna or i just had a terrible experience

Tony came out the same day,got my washer fixed and at a very reasonable charge. Would tell anybody i know to call him.
