Ultimate Chimney Sweep, Inc.

Came to my house and told me I needed to have both flues swept and some work done. I was skeptical, so I had another company come out and they told me that both flues were clean (I hadn't used the fireplace in 20 yrs). The sweep that came out was CSIA certified and Ultimates ad shows a Certified logo in their ad, but the technician who came out was not Certified and even lied about it when he was asked if he was. I would be cautious when doing business with this company.

This company damaged my home and would not take responsibility they told me to call my insurance company. Then a second problem happened which after many unreturned calls they responded to and were supposed to fix. They have not as of yet. They do not show up when they say they would and do not return phone calls and when they do they are filled with excuses. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
