We were picked up at union station in washington, dc and the driver was not outside looking for us, I had to call the main number again to locate the driver. When we got in the car he does not have a GPS and does not know how to get to the house with the address I gave him. So he asks if he could stop in a hotel in DC to get someone to print the directions from mapquest. We agreed because we had no other choice or else we would be stuck in the middle of a city that we were not familiar with at 11:30 at night. That ordeal took about 10 minutes. SO now we thought everything would work out but NO. Now he gets lost following the directions from the mapquest printout. He begins to stop in closed gas stations or 7 eleven's asking for directions. Finally, he actually asks a taxi in Springfield for directions and the taxi guy seemed to know what he was talking about,so he asked the taxi guy to take us to the house but the taxi refused cause he had another call to go to. SO we were stuck with this guy and no GPS. Well an hour and a half later we found the house. Mind you, this was supposed to be a 30 minute ride because I later asked our friends. How could a car service not have a GPS for every ride they give, Now a days even some cell phones have a GPS. It's beyond me. I just wanted to get the word out there so NO one ever uses this service again.
