Velting Heat & Air

Jeff was excellent. I called my landlord at about 7.30 AM and heard back from Jeff almost immediately. He came, figured out the problem and was back fixing it soon after.

He explained how to run the new unit he installed. I have had issues many times before with having to wait for service people that either never arrived or were so late they made me late to pick my children up from school.. No problem here, Jeff is there when he says he will be.

We haver used Jeff several times between our business and home! He is very professional in every aspect! When you make the phone call that you are having problems with your heater or air conditioner he is there quickly to figure out the problem. Our unit at home after 30 years died and he had a new unit hooked up the next day, and fixed all the duct work problems and everything worked better than before! Great business and service.... will definitely use him again and recommend him to any one in need of a/c or heating help!
