DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK!!!!!!!!!
It was terrible service. They closed down my account and freeze all money for at least 20 days. Tellers had no idea what happened to my account and could not answer any questions. I had to wait in the office for several hours and made a lot of phone calls to find out that the reason why they closed my account (without any warning) was "I try to cash checks with them too many time and they don't feel safe" I totally don't get it since I never have any bad checks or any bad record with them everrrrrrrrrr. They put my account as a high risk just because I want to cash my check and spend it as I want. So if this happened to me, it could happen to anyone who want to cash the check and your money will be freeze for at least 20 days.

wamu is a very good bank to start your first bank. i don't know about the other banks but the i go to is nice. it's easy you are out of there in 5 min

Customer service is very unprofessional. Someone by the name of DEE told me if I didn't like the way there system goes then bank else where, and then hung up on me. The FEMALE tellers in the forest park location don't smile, not very pleasant at all.

LONG WAIT LINES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OVER THE IS HORRIBLE HARD TO UNDERSTAND REPS. BUT THEY OFFER GOOD BANKING PRODUCTS. BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN BRANCH HAS TO IMPROVE. ANY TIME OF DAY ITS ALWAY FULL... :(

People at branches are friendly, but waiting time is just unacceptable. I never spend less than 20 minutes (usually more) at bank! And call center is even worse. Average waiting time is not less than an hour!
