Water Damage Emergency Team

We were stupid and decided to use this company to just do simple water damage on our sheetrock on our ceiling and walls. NOT a good idea. They were given 3 tries to get it right. The first try was so comical, I was laughing through the tears. Our insurance agent saw the final attempt and told us to move on from this company. Despite the official looking white tee shirts they wear, well it's been tree weeks and we are on to another company and have happily dismissed Steambay. They still have some of the hardware for our bed when they moved it. It should be noted, our terrific hardwood floor guy has completed his job, and the tile has been done weeks ago. We are still living in the living room thanks to Steambay.
