To the above poster: They were probably too busy stalking senior citizens and retired veterans at mobile home parks were the entire park is a fire lane,. Pays much better,. At $240.00 a pop. Just the morning after Easter my semi retired mother parked in front of her mobile home prior to my arrival to work on her driveway,. Went to use the restroom,. Came out, Car gone,. Then I show up, She panic'd & thought it was stolen.



I've been parking in the same place while I worked on her driveway and house for weeks,. 4-5 Hours a day, Not in sight for up to an hour, No problem. West coast towing claimed as long as someone is seen working, its OK,. They said they waited 8 min before they broke in her car & towed it. That's right, Jimmied her door so as to release the parking brake, Damaged the window seal in the process.

Awful service! I called them and scheduled a 2:30 car pick up from the port. They never showed up. I called them from a different number cuz they won't answer when I called from my cell, the guy said I thought you said 3 o'clock, someone is on the way. I waited another half hour no one showed up. I tried calling again many more times they never answered. My husband called them from his cell, the guy answered the phone and said I don't know what your talking about, you dialed a wrong number. The port closed at 3:30 and I never got my car picked up. Will never use these guys horrible service.

Avoid.....guy was sooo rude. I called and he gave me an estimated time to get to the truck and an hour after that time had passed i called and he said it would be at least another hour, maybe more.

A call would have been nice.

When I said I might need to call another company because I was in the middle of nowhere for 2 and a half hours he said "good call someone else" and hung up on me.

Horrible attitude and service.
