Wilson's Plumbing & Heating

I recently used Wilson's Plumbing & Heating because I had a leak under me kitchen sink which created a big mess. Wilson's sent Dan to my home. He showed me the pipe which was broken. Not only did he replace the pipe but he also cleaned up the horrible mess that was under the sink! Wilson's Plumbing & Heating is THE BEST this is why my family, my friends & I only use them!!!

I woke up monday morning to get ready for work and my tub was stopped up. I called Wilsons plumbing and they had a man here before 10. They told me there was going to be a 49.95 dispatch fee I needed service so I said ok. The man arrived and he looked at the tub and quoted me a price of 145.00. I said ok, he got to work and cleared my drains he gave me a 30 day warranty and even waived the 49.95. I was very pleased with Wilsons work. WIll use them again!

I live in marina and around Christmas time our heater stopped working. We called a few plumbing companies, the one that stuck out to me the most was Wilsons plumbing. I spoke with a lady on the phone, I told her I have 3 small children and that I have been using the stove to heat the house at night. She was concerned and told me they have space heaters they could loan me until they got there the next day. I got the heaters and they came the next day to fix my heater we have heat now. My children are warm and that makes me happy. I was very pleased with their concern. I will recommend Wilsons and use them again!

I woke up one morning to a cold home and we all know how cold these months have been. I called Wilsons Plumbing and Heating we set up an appointment for that afternoon. Their service technician Dana was right on time. I answered the door to my surprise there he stood on red carpet and shoe covers in hand. I asked him to come in and he put on his shoe covers and followed me in. I then told him I have no heat. I took him to the heater he inspected the heater and told me there was a large crack in the heat exchanger. He then gave me several options for replacement on new heaters, even one that gives me a rebate from PG&E. I then contracted PG&E they sent a man out who confirmed that there was a crack in the heat exchanger and it needed to be replaced, he disconnected the gas to the heater. I called Wilsons back to schedule the installation of the new high efficiency heater and to have Dana call me back. He then called me within 10 minutes he informed me that they have the Trane heater in stock, and that he can install it the next morning. I was very pleased with the response time and team work of this company. Wilsons arrived at 7:45 the next morning and worked through their lunch to get me heat and complete the job. I ordered them pizza for lunch to show my appreciation. They were very thankful as I was. They took the old furnace and piping and left my home very clean. I am very pleased with Wilsons Plumbing & Heating; they are the only company I TRUST.
