Thames & Jackson Family Dentistry

I would absolutely recommend Thames Dental Clinic to family and friends! I have used this dental office for several years, dating back to when I was a small child. For the biggest part of my adult life I had used other dentists, but Thames is the preferred provider for my current insurance. I called them today with a badly broken tooth. I was in severe pain and had put off calling to make an appointment. They were able to work me in SAME DAY! I explained before arriving I wouldn't have enough cash to pay for the extraction until my next payday. They were more than willing to take my payment information and hold it until payday. Even being worked in and with their very busy schedule, I only waited about 20 minutes before being called back to a room. The staff was very friendly and compassionate, well all but one of the ladies. They spent time with me and I never felt like my appointment was rushed. Dr. Jackson was amazing and they took the time to explain everything I needed to know! Will continue to use Thames Dental, even if they become "out-of-network" and I have to pay a little more. Thank you for treating me like a person and not just like another name and time on a computer screen!
