I am totally dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism and care of the staff. The first red flag I ignored was that it was a chore two just to get them on the phone. Once we had appointments we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before they would even take us back and during our sessions they were very cold did not seem to care about any of the real issues and only seem to want to rack up visits. It is ridiculous that a business can be out here doing this to people. If you truly want help please go elsewhere

if you want to save your marriage please avoid this place. my wife and I went there hoping to save our relationship but actually got the opposite. my wife had a very abusive upbringing and it has really affected her as an adult. our counselor totally avoided the problem and seemed to look for the easiest issues to address. when I expressed my concerns with problems we've had concerning Facebook, he actually condoned Facebook. totally unprofessional



update wow we found a new counselor and she started focusing on the real root of the problem by the second session. Her service is a million times better than treat & lindsey . They are totally clueless. This place is playing with peoples lives, Seek help elsewhere
