i have lots to be thankful for today because of amy, I struggled with addiction for many years and began to think i would lose all of my children. Honesty worked if I hadn't been honest with her i probably wouldnt be here today to enjoy the holidays with my children, since working with amy i have obtained my own home, had another baby and can say today that i dont even think of going back to opiates! Amy always listened and never judged she made me feel like i matter she opened my eyes to see that there were 3 little people who depend on me and now its four. Over the last year i have watched over a dozen people i grew up with die from overdose,so please if your addicted to opiates please call cleanslate dont make excuses i already used all the excuses theres none left for you to use!!!!!

Amy and her associates are all great substance abuse case workers. I have a history of relapse and they have been nothijng but supportive and positive. Never judgemental or did I ever feel judged or isolated. I was greeted from the walk in by the secretarial staff, to the walk out. Honesty is the best policy.
