Silva Stamped Concrete

Leonardo did not do what he said he would. After giving me an estimate for a repair, cleaning and sealing, he told me on multiple occasions he would do the job but never showed on the dates he gave me. After several months of this I spoke with him and he said he didn't need these small jobs. Really poor way to do business, beware.
