        The employees are very helpful if I needed help. They don't have a attitude when asked for help or anything. The employees are always making sure the place is clean. The bathroom is kept clean and always have the supplies, if not they have no problem in refilling. They are very cheerful when I come in and always wishing me to have a good week when I leave. Thank you wash world employees.

        Majority of the individuals who work here lack class and professionalism. They stand outside and smoke cigarettes + talk while there are lines of customers in need of assistance. When dropping off laundry told it's not going to happen because they are too busy and they will complain about the amount that you drop off. Clearly they don't want to do their jobs or have any motivation to do so. If you was he laundry yourself good luck finding a dryer...many of them are broken or out of order. Worst experience ever.
