Huisache Grill

We dined there on a referral. I had the shrimp and green onion cakes with jalapeno mayonnaise. These were the high point of the meal. The side of fried asparagus was inedible. The medallions of beef with mixed grill was slightly better, especially the horseradish mayo. Service was hit or miss.

This is the Best Resturant we have eating at, the food stays on you pallet. With much love its made. Best place to go. Also wonderful service.

We tried Huisache for the first time from a friend's reccomendation and fell in love. What a wonderful find just off of the main square of Downtown. Check a map or your nav system because it's easy to pass and you do not want to miss it. The food and atmosphere make Huisache a great choice for a night of wine and aps with the girls, a special night out with your sweety or a family dinner when everyone is too tired to cook.

As a long-time New Braunfels resident, I can actually remember a time that this space was not home to the Huisache Grill. Ever since it has opened I have been in love with the all the food, from tortilla soup to the Chicken Yucatan to all the yummy desserts. I have enjoyed watching the restaurant grow and expand and hope it continues to do so, even if it means having to wait for a table on a Friday night.
