Nick's Pizza

I have ordered here many times in the past and never really had a problem. Tonight, I tried to order curly fries with cheese and when the food arrived, there was no cheese (though they remembered to add some personal hairs into the mozzarella sticks, which was not asked for but which I was probably charged extra for). Naturally, I called the restaurant to ask what had happened and the man who answered was very rude. He started yelling if I wanted him to send me a picture of the receipt and proceeded to hang up and text it to my personal cell phone number which I had called from (I didn't know that most restaurants allowed their employees to use their phones during work). I had said on the phone that I didn't care if there was an extra charge for cheese, as long as I got cheese fries because I was having a bad day. This experience definitely made my day 100x worse. It was horrible customer service and I do not plan on ever encouraging my friends to order from this place again. cont*

Paid 14 dollars for dough! Isn't a calzone supposed to have cheese in it? No ricotta and a few shreds of mozz! Called to return it and get my money back and the so called manager hung up on me. The same guy who acted like I was bothering him when I called to place my order. Zero stars for both food and customer service! Rip off!

The worst customer service! The man who answered the phone was incredibly rude, talking over me when I was asking about their menu. He finally asked "What do you want then!?" I began to order and he hung up on me. This was my first experience with Nick's Pizza and will certainly be the last. They don't deserve the one star I have to give in order to rate their restaurant.
