Chris was great. She has helped me in the past but this time i decided to go at it on my own. I was in Antigua and ended up in a hotel with NO WATER for 3 days. I tried to make alternative arrangements but could not get a hotel because it was the height of the season. I called her (in a panic) and she made several phone calls and within an hour had made arrangements elsewhere. I WILL NEVER MAKE ARRANGEMENTS AGAIN ON MY OWN!! They have great resources and contacts (especially 5 star hotels) and i have never been disappointed with the accomadations.HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
