        Overall

        Only spent 15 minutes at our property, got the square footage wrong by over 100 square feet, wrong location on map, poorly chosen comps. Would not correct the report. We were trying to have PMI removed and had to verify the value. Definitely felt like they were working for the bank, and not me.
