There are some pros and cons to this kennel. When I arrived they weren't very friendly or interested in my dog. I gave them the food and treats. When I picked her up, there was no mention anything about how she was or thank you for using our kennel. Our dog, collar, and leash smelled like urine and I immediately came home and gave her a full bath. Then when I was unpacking her bag, the whole bag of treats that I left for her we completely missing. She was only there for 3 days, that is a lot of treats being given. It was convenient off of ST RT 40 and reasonably priced, but I doubt I will use this kennel again.

It had come to our attention that there is some suspicious behavior being acted out in the way of untrue statements & negative/positive reviews for our Kennel and another Kennel. Some have been corrected but some in there have been other posted since the owner of the other Kennel & I have spoke. We have often been confused with another local kennel. I can only speak for our Kennel, IF these are really customers of ours & you have ANY concerns about your pets care, we would think you would want to contact us directly which we Welcome. We believe in maintaining the highest standard of care for your pet & we also beleive in handling things professionally. You can feel free to call or email us about your pets stay or care while with us.

Wonderful, oh so Wonderful! I don't know where to start but to say, this is the best place for many reasons, ie: 1) my dogs ( 3 ) are not in cages, 2) they listen to music & watch tvs, just like at home, 3) they don't have to be with other dogs when they go out so I don't worry about something happening, 4) the care they get there is Awesome!, 5) the rates are unbelievably low, 6) Location, I travel alot & its right on 40 on my way to the airport, 7) the owners & groomer there are great people, talk about great customer service, it's here!

Well, I guess I could go on but that sounds like an infomercial. My dogs are like my kids to me & its very important that to me that things are done right, while at the same time I do understand they are animals. I have boarded at several places over the years, Centerville, Springfield, Troy, Enon, Huber Heights, Vandalia, Clayton, Lewisburg, Dayton & Kettering & I just can't say enough about Country Lane Kennel in New Carlisle! I can honestly feel good about reccomending this kennel, really good!

We found this place due to another place we used to use occasionally was full. What a treasure we found! Our 2 dogs Love this place! They get excited when I pack up their bags to go there, I have never had this kind of reaction when I have boarded them. The people there are the absolute nicest & they don't have those "Normal" indoor/outdoor runs so when the weather is hot or rainy, they are not stuck in a smaller stinky area. They personally handle the dogs there & ALL Rooms are the same size & all are the same cool temp in the summer or warm in the winter, you don't have to pay more for your dog just to be comfortable. Another great thing is they have a Groomer on site, so when we take our dogs there we can get them their bath & haircuts when we pick up, how convenient! Just Love this place!

I just had to personally write the owners of Country Lane Kennel & Thank them both for taking such good care of our 3 kids! I was so worried about Max with his special needs but they exceeded all our hopes! They came home Happy, non-traumatized & not "needy" at all! It was like they had a vacation too! It is so good to know we can now go out of town & know they will be safe & happy & that is such a relief since we have not been able to go on a vacation for 2 years until we found you! It is worth the 45 min to 1 hour drive to your kennel to have "You" care for them! They are now running around the house like they never left & I can tell they felt safe & secure with you! Thank you so much for the extra effort with Max! You can be assured, we WILL be back! I will not take them anywhere else as I have not found the quality of care & attention you have provided, even at my Vet's & I have a great Vet!

I brought my 3 dogs here & wow did they have a great time! We have taken our pets to a lot of kennels & this is the cleanest, nicest one we have ever been to. The owners are so friendly, I felt like we had know them for years. They have a big area inside to play & a big play yard outside too! I actually can go away now & not feel guilty! My friends referred me here because they knew I traveled a lot & used kennels alot. I was reluctant at first to try another kennel but I am SO glad I did. My pets are not horse when they leave & actually wag their tails when we get close to the kennel. They are so convenient to my friends & us. Whether I am home or going to work they are close to 675, 70, 4 just really convenient! If you haven't tried them yet, cause they are new, give them a try. I know you will feel like us & know you won't ever go anywhere else again.

We have taken 2 of our big dogs & 2 small ones to Country Lane Kennel & we feel so comfortable now when we have to leave them. Never before have we found a place that not just we love but our dogs love the people who work there, Honestly the best boarding conditions around & the best people. Our dogs get so excited when we pull in the parking lot. Try this one, you will LOVE it! Country Lane Kennel really treats our dogs like family.

This kennel is AWESOME!! Thank GOD this New kennel was built. They are the nicest people & really care about the dogs, it shows. They even have TV's for them!!! They are wonderful!! There is a kennel right up the road from this one that we used before, New Carlisle Kennel that I promised myself I would never use again, neither would my friends & family.We have been telling everyone about how great it is at Country Lane Kennel.
