Wireless Wizard

This place is simply terrible. I feel robbed! I paid $300 in total and am out of a perfect touchscreen laptop and stuck with a laptop that needs to be restarted after every 2 hours of use because the touchpad stops working. Not to mention the terrible service! The manager Barbara is just awful. There are plenty of phone repair shops in New Haven that are honest and competent. This is not one of them.
