An arm lift, also known as brachioplasty, is a surgical procedure performed to remove excess fat and skin from the upper arms for a more toned, slimmer appearance. Over time, the soft tissue in the upper arm becomes lax and may begin to droop and sag, resulting in arms that appear loose and hanging. Soft sagging tissue on the upper arms may also be the result of a very successful weight loss program.Often, even an otherwise productive exercise program cannot address the inelastic skin and fat deposits that may cause sagging upper arms. Many people are embarrassed by the appearance of sagging upper arms, and seek treatment to restore a slimmer, more youthful appearance.

Ultrasound
During Ultherapy treatment, which is performed in a physician's office, the skin is cleansed, and ultrasound gel is applied to the target area. The Ultherapy handpiece is placed on the skin, delivering low-level focused heat as it moves over the target area. Mild discomfort may be experienced as the heat is delivered beneath the skin. Discomfort levels vary from patient to patient, and on the area being treated.
MRI
Saline breast implants that begin to leak are often noticeable, as the leaking breast will gradually decrease in size. Patients with silicone implant leaks may notice small changes in the shape of the breast, but should have any suspected leaks or ruptures confirmed by a plastic surgeon. Your plastic surgeon may perform an evaluation through a mammogram or MRI to evaluate the status of your implants.
Radiation Therapy
Radiation therapy is usually administered after surgery to ensure complete removal. Since natural tissue remains in the breast after this procedure, patients remain at risk for recurrence and should continue to be screened on a regular basis for breast cancer.

Juvéderm is the latest FDA approved dermal filler from Allergan Inc. (makers of Botox). Juvéderm has the highes concentration of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is a substance which is naturally present in the human skin and maintains the hydration of tissues. When injected, Juvéderm replaces hyaluronic acid gradually lost with aging. It is successfully used to increase lip volume, fill peri-oral lines, nasal folds and oral commissures.
Brow Lift
Further, facelifts will not rejuvenate the brow, eyelids, nose, and some of the midface. Patients who want to improve these areas may consider combining a facelift with a brow lift or eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty).
Eyelid Surgery

Breast Augmentation
We specialize in revision breast augmentation for patients who are not satisfied with their results after undergoing breast augmentation at other practices. These patients' unhappiness may arise from the implant shape, size, or placement or because of a post-surgical complication such as wrinkling, implant displacement, capsular contracture (hardening around the implant) or symmastia (implants drift together).

In these cases, rhinoplasty effectively treats health and breathing problems, in addition to improving the patient's appearance.
Breast Reconstruction
Breast reconstruction is a surgical procedure commonly performed after a mastectomy to offer patients psychological and aesthetic benefits when recovering from breast cancer. This procedure allows many women to fully return to the life they enjoyed before being diagnosed with breast cancer, with barely any signs of the disease remaining.

Thigh Lift
The thigh lift procedure is performed under general anesthesia and requires an incision in the groin area and sometimes extending downward around the back of the thigh, depending on the results desired by the patient. These incisions are placed so that they can be hidden by even swimsuits. An inner (medial) thigh lift may require an incision only in the groin area, and is ideal for patients with a moderate amount of skin and fat in the inner thigh area. An outer (lateral) thigh lift involves an incision stretching from the groin and can often lift the buttocks in addition to the thigh.
Face Lift
Ultherapy treatment is not a substitute for a surgical facelift, but is an option for those not interested in or ready for surgery.
Neck Lift
A neck lift usually takes 2 to 4 hours to perform, and the patient is given either general anesthesia or local anesthesia with sedation. Most neck lifts are performed on an outpatient basis. Bandages covering the incisions are removed after a few days; sutures are typically removed after 7 to 10 days.
Blepharoplasty
A blepharoplasty may be combined with other procedures such as a browlift. Browlifts can revitalize drooping or lined foreheads, helping you to look less angry, sad or tired. Using either traditional or minimally invasive (endoscopic) methods, the muscles above the eyes are altered to smooth lines and raise the eyebrows for a more youthful appearance.
Abdominoplasty
Abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) helps flatten the abdomen by removing excess fat and skin, and tightening muscles. The best candidates for abdominoplasty are in good physical condition, with pockets of fat or loose skin that have not responded well to diet and exercise. Abdominoplasty can also be appropriate for slightly obese people whose skin has lost some of its elasticity, and for women with skin and muscles stretched from pregnancy. Anyone planning on losing a significant amount of weight, and women planning on having (more) children, should wait before undergoing abdominoplasty.
Nose Surgery
Rhinoplasty (nose surgery) is one of the most commonly performed plastic surgery procedures. During rhinoplasty, the nose is reshaped, reduced or augmented to improve its appearance. Rhinoplasty may be performed to correct a birth defect, or repair an injury such as a broken nose. It is also often performed strictly for cosmetic reasons.
Body Lift
This procedure may be performed alone, or in combination with other cosmetic procedures, such as part of a body lift or with a buttock lift. When combined with other procedures, patients can achieve maximum results and enjoy a younger and more refreshed appearance overall. Your doctor will discuss your personal aesthetic goals with you in order to develop the best treatment plan for you.
Breast Surgery
Nipple reconstruction is a separate procedure from reconstructive breast surgery, performed about 3 to 4 months after the initial breast reconstruction, once the breasts have healed and settled. The procedure involves recreating the nipples and the areola, which is the darkened area around the nipple, giving the breasts a more natural appearance. Ideally, reconstructed nipples will match the position, size, shape, texture, and color of a natural nipple. Nipple reconstruction is usually performed by taking a small flap of skin from the breast and shaping it to form a new nipple. Tissue may also be taken from the eyelid, groin, upper inner thigh or buttocks to rebuild the nipple, and reconstruct the areola.
Otoplasty
People of any age who feel self-conscious about their ears may be good candidates for otoplasty, although it is typically performed on children between 4 and 14 years old. Ears are almost fully developed by the of age 4, so early surgery can help create self-confidence when a child begins going to school. Not everyone is a candidate for otoplasty; a patient must be in good general health, and have realistic expectations of what it can do.
Scar Revision
Scar revision is performed to reduce the appearance of scars caused by injury or previous surgery. While many scars fade over time and eventually transform to become barely noticeable, many patients experience disruptions to the healing process that cause scars to become red, raised, indented or otherwise deformed.
Lip Augmentation
Lip augmentation increases the size of the lip for patients whose lips have lost volume with age, or who are unhappy with the natural appearance of their lips. Through injectable fillers, autologous grafts or synthetic implants, patients can achieve larger, fuller lips with minimal downtime and little to no side effects. With realistic expectations and good overall health, most patients are satisfied with the results of this procedure.

Dermabrasion is a skin-resurfacing procedure that removes the outer layers of skin; when skin grows back, it is smoother and younger looking. Dermabrasion removes, as much as is possible, facial scarring caused by acne, chicken pox, injury or other conditions. Uneven pigmentation, wrinkles, sun damage, tattoos, age spots and certain kinds of skin lesions are also treated with dermabrasion, which can be performed on targeted areas of skin or the entire face. It can also be performed in combination with other treatments, such as facelifts, chemical peels or scar revisions, for optimal results.
Chemical Peels
Chemical peels remove damaged outer layers of skin to make skin smoother, reduce scarring and remove blemishes. Ranging from mild to strong, there are three types of chemical peels: alphahydroxy acid (AHA), trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and phenol. The strength of each peel is tailored to the patient. Peels can be combined with other procedures, such as facelifts, for additional improvement to skin. Chemical peels may be covered by insurance if they are performed for medical rather than cosmetic reasons.
