TERRIBLE! They ruined our wedding day! They sent the wrong cars after the shuttle buses we paid for "broke down" and we couldn't get them on the phone during the day to try and correct the problem. Then at the end of the night instead of sending two shuttle buses as paid for they send 1 stretch limo to shuttle 150 guests back to their car! I was also told by the assistant manager that the manager and owner know about our situation and will not help us because "its our fault" the assistant manager was also rude, defensive and you can tell she's used to defending herself based off the amount of issues they have but don't own up to.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!
The owner's a hot head who has no problem screaming at paying customers and abandoning them on the side of the road.
Here's what happened at my sister's bachelorette party:
First of all, a beautiful limo with a wonderful driver showed up on time for our event. The limo was actually a much nicer and larger one than we had requested. Everything was going great - the driver was friendly and took lots of photos for us, always opened the doors for us and helped us in and out. The start of the evening was great.
One girl who had a baby at home was not planning on coming out to the club with us after dinner. This was stated on the phone during booking. So the driver was supposed to take her back to Queens (from Midtown) after he dropped us at the club. We get a text from her at 11:30 pm that the driver was ordered by the owner not to do it, and he dropped her off near the tunnel and made her take a cab home. We come to find out that the owner screamed at his paying customer and the driver.
When we called the owner around 1am to find out why this happened, he screamed at us, saying he had done us a favor by giving us a nicer limo and it was not his policy to make extra stops. We explained we had booked this limo for the whole night, had authorized overtime and tolls as necessary, and that to abandon a young woman trying to get home to her baby on the streets of NYC at 11:30 at night is unacceptable. He continued to scream, the ordered his driver to leave us there.
Yes, you read that right. At 1am, a group of 13 bachelorettes were forced to leave the club, get our things out the limo, and find cabs home. Luckily we got most of our money back, except the deposit.
I honestly feel bad for the driver, whom we did tip, because he was trying to do the right thing by us and even tried to argue with his boss on our behalf. In the end, he didn't want to get fired, but allowed us to grab our stuff before taking off. Also, he would have gotten a much larger tip at the end of the night if it hadn't been for his boss.
Don't use this company. Clearly the owner does not care at all about customer satisfaction.

Dealing with whitestar was peaceful. Planning a wedding is stressful enough anthony raguza made it stress free i told them what i wanted i gave them my itinirary and they did the rest. My limo was beautiful,clean,stocked, my limo driver was extra early and very kind. I was very happy with how everything came out

Great experience, anthony and his office staff were very kind and friendly. They did all they can to make me one happy bride my driver was curtious and helpful my limo was clean in and out as well as stocked with all my favorite assorted drinks. I was very happy

After final payment dealing with White Star Limousine was questionable. I was told to email my itinerary for my wedding to them via fax
email address and did so as soon as I signed the contract and submitted payment. When I called two months later and spoke to Anthony Raguza, he did not have my itinerary on file and I had to email it again. Needless to say sending anything to that email address is like sending it to a black hole. Now two weeks before my wedding I needed to make a change to the itinerary. I emailed White Star limo with the change, called and spoke to Anthony again letting him know that I just sent the email and to please print it and place it on file. he told me they were so busy with all the other weddings/events that it's best if I call the Friday before my wedding (very nice but who tells a bride to call the Friday before her wedding to reconfirm something he's confirming NOW). Anyway the Friday of my wedding comes and as many brides, I had things to do and did not call until 7pm. When we called and spoke to John he was rude, abrasive and asked why we were calling at 7pm on a Friday and that we would have to call him in at 10 the morning. My maid of honor called exactly at 10, of course he did not have the revised itinerary that was emailed 2 weeks prior. He proceeded to be extremely rude to my maid of honor and told her he has 5 girls working in his office and they don't make mistakes. Then he said we did not do what we were supposed to do by calling earlier on Friday. Mr. Raguza was the worst experience of my wedding day. They promise me a lot things on my wedding date . only promise not only that .we booked 3 limos was. terrible experience. never use this company again.ever.
