I just started with them. But before I begin, I would like to mention that the customer service from this company is wonderful.



I spoke with 2 reps, which took place before and after I hired a writer from them, and on both occasions I received excellent cust svc - very helpful and pleasant to deal with.



The first task that I had for my writer was to rewrite and update old content from my previous website and to incorporate a few new keywords that I am currently trying to rank for.



I am very impressed with his work, with how well he explained what my business is offering and how he made it so easy to read and understand. Heck, I would even recommend him if I could. But for now, I "own" him :>



The best part about his work is the way he seamlessly integrated the keywords into the text. They just flow so naturally within the story, when at first (before I gave him the task), it all seemed like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. I couldn't have done a better job myself!
