Arnold Police Department

I was accused of dwi. The officer told me my car was being impounded. I requested a breath test right then and there. Cuz I didnt want my car taken. He said in the affidavit that I refused to chemical testing. When I was in my legal rights to request a test. His father is the mayor in the town I reside in. I've been told of his shady practices. However from discreditable people in my opinion. Maybe they aren't after all? Guilty untill you spend thousands on a lawyer. That's arnold pds way.
