        Founded in 1918, the New Milford Visiting Nurse Association is a nonprofit health care agency that provides home care, hospice and public health services. It also provides respite care, volunteer assistance, family counseling, and pain and symptom management services. The association offers immunization and bereavement programs. In addition, the New Milford Visiting Nurse Association provides speech, physical and occupational therapies. It is a member of the Connecticut Association of Home Care, National Association of Home Care and National Hospice Association.         Overall

        I used New Milford VNA & Hospice for my husband. I can't say enough about the care and concern that the nurses and therapists gave him. They are very special people.
