Bad service, lady no nice, clothes broken and destroy she didn't say sorry bad bad bad so bad bad so bad

Had a terrible experience with this dry cleaner. Took my suit pants for dry cleaning and when i took it out to wear next day, i noticed it had a burn hole in the back. They completely denied doing anything wrong, only to suggest it was already there. They will rather lose a customer than admit to a fault. A simple admittance of fault would have been enough for me. Terrible business practice.
