Four Winds

My friend lives here and had to pay $250.00 to use the community room for 2 hours. After the party, we helped her clean up and found a plate of food from a party that looked at least 3 weeks old. That seems crazy that the room wasn't even cleaned but someone that LIVES there has to pay that much money. She showed me an email from the leasing manager, Nicole. Nicole told her, via email, that she was an "inconvenience" because Nicole neglected to tell her where the mailboxes were when she moved in (there were actually no mailboxes at the time because the building just opened but they didn’t let her know).
