Nola Bark Market

Brought 9 lb dog to be groomed today. Made the Sat appointment on Tues, yet when I got there had to wait while they called the vet to see if she was up to date on her shots. Vet info given on tues. Haircut, shampoo, dry, anal glands expressed and nails cut plus nails filed. My dog attacked the apparatus used to file the nails on the last paw so the idea they gave of the sound of the apparatus making her go to attack mode of the machine filing her nails at the end is not holding water. The groomer said this only happened once before in his 31 year career. My question is what has he done since that 1st time to make sure it didn't happen again? Likely nothing. If a 9 lb dog can not be completely contained while a high pitched machine (their description of it) is applied than the groomer is at fault. My dog's hair on her face and tail were RIPPED off! Below the eye till the mouth and nose as well as the length of her tail on one side completely ripped of hair. So upset I could vomit.
