The Levantine Company

I was assigned this company by my home warranty. I waited to hear from them to schedule. After a number of days I tried calling them and got no answer. After multuple attempts across multiple days someone finally answered. I gave them my information and they scheduled an appointment but he said he was on a ladder and it didnt sound like he had actually taken down any information. The day before the scheduled appointment I called back just to confirm the appointment. He seemed like he didn't remember me at first and then stated "oh yeah, we don't do work for that home warranty company anymore." I told him that my garage door had been stuck in the down position for over two weeks and asked him why he didn't alert me of that when he scheduled me. He replied to me, "what can I say, life happens." What horrible customer service.

Sam was very Professional, courteous, prompt and replaced the Broken Torsion Spring on my 16' Garage Door. He reconnected the Cable Wires that I thought were broken too! The price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend The Levantine Company for any Garage Door Repairs!
