Beware of these guys!! They are posing as an Authorized Verizon dealer but will try to overcharge for phones and are the biggest scammers around. Complete bait and switch artists, I was scammed by their polite facade but they are thieves!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Manager needs to go! My samsung bright side cell phone battery was dying few months ago and she said "I got one left in stock can give it to you for $100" I wanted to support local store but not support her mortgage! I got it online for $7!!! Look it up amazon I'm serious! Few months later I was ready to upgrade. I had $ due from promotion when I got my jet pack. She saw credit on my account only when I mentioned it. She played games with me saying there is $ there. Wouldn't tell me how much. I went home to find my paperwork. I came back a week later and presented my paperwork from her store when I got the jet pack showing credit on my account. the manager was angry and admitted then I did have a $50 store credit through a verizon promotion. She said I can only get the $50 promotion towards an upgrade. I informed her that I needed a new phone a week ago tried to do it with her but had no choice to go to Kingston after she wouldn't help me a week prior and I upgraded at a REAL verizon store with an iPhone 5s!! I was told that promotion I can used that $50 credit towards accessories. She refused to let me use my store credit owed. She said my husband on my account can use the credit when he upgrades his phone. I will be switching service providers if verizon keeps her as a manger representing their product
