        Seldomly or rarely, return phone calls when messages Have to be left, because there is never anyone there to answer questions about the case. . . . .

        Very slow doing necessary paperwork associated with the case.... so charging by the hour could really add up. . . .

        Not very professional and doesn't appear to really know what they are doing in a Probate case. . . . Are these people Really Probate lawyers??
