        Very poor appraisal. charged 475.00 for the service, took no notes, omitted upgrades and improvements, the pictures he took were of the floor, pieces of furniture, the toilet and the refrigerator, did not take any pictures whatsoever of the additions to the home and undervalued the home in his appraisal and when he was asked to correct it he refused
