I contracted them to repair a water leak and they diagnosed it as a "valley" leak. I paid over $500.00 to repair per their estimate and leak continues in EXACT same spot. Now sheathing is damaged and moldy. I have tried many times to contact Brian and get ignored and disrespected!!
They came back over four times to repair and still leaking!
Now They wont come back at all. Brian stated they don"t do business in Spring Hill anymore?? What about your warranty??!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Terks Roofing has put a very bitter taste in my my Mouth. They installed a roof in September 2010 that immediately developed leaks around solar panels that they apparently did not seal properly when replacing them. At that time they came back and made some repairs. Since panels were over the garage area, and the garage has sheet rock on the ceiling we were unable to determine if we had any additional leaking.

The rain we have incurred over the past month showed that they did not properly fix the leaks as a 5 ft.² section of the garage ceiling came down. Despite making six phone calls , all polite, to answering machines, and sending a fax, they have not returned any of the calls.

In my opinion they are unreliable to live up to the obligations of repairing the roof that is only five years old. I would never ever recommend them for any type of work.
