        very rude. Very rude and condescending. I spoke to them about an estimate and they made me feel like they were doing me a favor. He gave me some oral estimate and I asked for a written one and he shrugged his shoulders. I had the work done by another contractor for much less - this other contractor laughed at the estimate I got from Alex. Stay away from them
