Dave's Cast of Characters

We came across Dave's Cast on my friend son's birthday party and we were very pleased with their performance. A month later we hired Dave's cast for my son's birthday party and unfortunately it came out to be a disaster. 2 weeks before the party I called and I emailed them specific directions to my house to ensure there wouldn't be any delays. On the day of the party the performers called to notify me that they were lost and couldn't find my address. It took me 20-30 min on the phone to help them finding my house, which was very frustrating. The performance of the characters, especially the DJ was very poor. The sound was too low, the breaks between games were too long, we actually couldn't tell if the show was over or not. When I asked the dj if he was finished, he replied that he was just taking photo breaks in between so parents could take photos. Most of the kids quickly lost their interest in games and were just wandering around while entertainers were there. I am very disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone.
