All Family Taxi & Limousine

I would give them a zero but a star was needed to write the review. On Saturday, July 13th, a driver from Family Taxi came to my property to pick up my daughter's friend. In the process of backing out of my driveway, the driver rolled over two of the lights that I have around my driveway. I called the company within minutes to inform them of what damage had been done to my property. Needless to say they are giving me the run around about reimbursing me the less that $15 it would cost for the lights. One of the funniest responses was that I needed to provide proof that the car was on my property. Who records a cab driver coming onto their property? Ummm...no one EVER!!!! Then they said there was no damage to the vehicle so how could he have hit the light. Let's see, the driver was in a minivan and he ran over $13 driveway light. Of course there is no damage to the vehicle. SHADY BUSINESS!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE OR WALK!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU FOR LESS THAN $15!!!!!

Called a day ahead to make appointment they arrived over an hour later. this happened 3 times already. will never use them again. AVOID this company they have the worst service in the area.

I will never call all family again! I've given then more than enough chances and every time I do the screw me over. Never on time! I've called and was told 10 min and not only did I wait when the cab came I grabbed my bag went down my stairs and saw it pulling off. I called back and had to wait all over again!

This taxi company sucks!! There is always a wait of 20 minutes or more! They dont coincide with Medical Transportation at all. They were supposed to pick me up for a medical visit by 1130am or after and a cab never showed up! The dispatcher is rude and as i called to complain he wasnt responding to me for about three minutes and stated his phone was busy with cals. I had to end up rescheduling my appointment and I took the day off work!!! I will never call them again they are unprofessional uneducated and just plain rude!! They also need to take better care of the vehicles interiors!!!

They are the worst on time and the lady that answers the phone is verry rude I waited 40 min in the cold and still didn't show had to kall a diff company
