        Overall

        Fantastic service! I am in the beverage industry, and I had a large event that needed dry ice in a hurry. They literally met me in their truck to deliver the ice within minutes. I also set up a delivery the next day (it was a weekend morning) and they showed up exactly on time as promised. Highly recommended!

        GREAT SERVICE

        I have a bar in Astoria Queens. My ice machine went down so I called up Armato Ice Service and asked them if they would come into Queens for a delivery and they told me absolutely no problem. I asked them how long would it take and they told me within an hour. I got my delivery in 30-45 minutes. They brought my my ice right in and passed it over the bar right to my guys. I recommend them for anyone else. A++

        Not good for the little guy

        We operate a medium size off premise catering service and they were anxious to be a part of our team at first. Only trouble is they don't want to deliver ice to parties downtown. Anything below 14th street is too far for them - What kind of Ice Delivery service is that? And then they upped the prices 25% after christmas - on any orders under 4 tins & 4 sleeves. Really unprofessional and I do not reccommend their company!
